Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping to the contiguous lower 48 United States and the District of Columbia. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands or any other territory of the United States is possible. We ask that you contact us directly so that we may accommodate your request. Freight or bulk orders do not qualify for free shipping. Free shipping only applies to ebikes.
Bikes shipped to Canada will be charged a flat rate of $200 per bike for shipping. This fee covers all duties and taxes charged as a result of importing the bike.
We do not ship internationally (with the exception of Canada) at this time. We do not provide service or warranty to bikes shipped internationally. If replacement parts are necessary, the customer is required to pay all part and shipping costs, including duties, import fees, taxes, etc.
Our products are usually shipped within 2-5 days, if it’s in stock. You can expect the product to arrive within 5-7 business days for items shipped in the lower continuous 48 and the D.C. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in shipping. Customers in Canada and other locations will experience longer shipping times.
When ordering a product, the estimated date of shipment will be listed in the product title and description. Please note that the estimated dates are only estimated and may change due to circumstances beyond our control.
To return your product, you will be provided the address and an MRA (Manufacturing Return Authorization). You will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a product refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We do not ship to APO addresses. If you have your bike sent to an APO address and it is refused and you wish to cancel your order, a $125 restocking fee may be applied.
Crooked Path eBikes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise that is the result of handling by a shipping carrier.
